Right across the street from the Waffle Cafe Orange is a small shopping arcade. There are an interesting mix of shops inside, pretty much the same as what you find all over Shimokita, but in one place. I always buy postcards from the rental box store inside.Hours of Operation: 12:00 - 20:00
Location: Kitazawa 2-chome. Take Shimokitazawa Station's North Exit. Once outside, go left up the hill. At the top of the hill (in front of the electric shop), turn right. It is a short way down on your right.
